Sizing: these are Asian sizes, which usually run 1–2 sizes smaller than South African sizes. If you're between sizes, choose the larger size, and allow 2–3 cm difference because garments are measured by hand.
Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
Sizing help
Sizes come from our supplier and can differ between styles. Check the size chart in the product description where there is one, compare it with a similar item you own, and message us before ordering if you're unsure. If the fit isn't right, you can exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Delivery and tracking
We deliver within South Africa only. Orders ship from our partner's warehouse in China and usually arrive within 7–20 business days of your order, occasionally up to 30 business days. Watches can take a little longer. You'll get a tracking link by email for each parcel. Standard delivery is R75 on orders under R750 and free on orders of R750 or more. See our shipping policy.
Customs and import duties
Indigo Oak pays any customs or import duties on South African orders, so you won't be asked to pay anything extra on delivery. If a courier asks you for payment, please don't pay it and contact us at xennieh@gmail.com.
Returns and size exchanges
You can cancel within 7 days of receiving your order (ECTA cooling-off), and ask to exchange for a different size or colour within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Some items, such as pierced earrings, are excluded for hygiene reasons. See our returns policy.
